Michael spent ample time explaining and sometimes re-explaining the processes, the order and the numbers behind the calculations. The job was organised very well with delivery, installation and connections completed as planned with minimum impact to our schedule.
Paperwork for all aspects of the job, including Energex, the Retailer and finance, were processed and submitted promptly. We connect to the system using WiFi and see the power generated via the mobile phone App.
